Plain terms for a small tool.

  1. Unofficial. Floorcard is an independent tool run by WeldonPC.com. It is not affiliated with the City of Garfield Heights or Garfield Heights City Council and does not speak for them. Meeting rules, agendas and minutes come only from the City.
  2. Information, not advice. The meeting guide is general information, not legal advice. Times shown are estimates from your word count and the pace you chose.
  3. Your words are yours. You are responsible for what you write and say. Do not use Floorcard to store other people's private information.
  4. Your link is your key. Anyone with a notebook link can read and change that notebook. Keep it private; we cannot recover a lost link.
  5. Prices. Floor Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year per notebook, or a Meeting Week for $1.00. While the site is in preview, checkout is off and the Pass is free; nothing is charged. When checkout opens, payment is through PayPal and you can cancel any time; a Pass runs to the end of the time paid for.
  6. Fair use. No automated bulk use, no attempts to reach other people's notebooks, no unlawful content. We may limit or remove notebooks that break these terms.
  7. No warranty. Floorcard is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your notebook safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or lose data; keep your own copy of anything important (print or CSV).
  8. Changes. If these terms change, the new terms are posted here with the date. Last updated October 31, 2026.
