How paying will work
Checkout opens when PayPal is connected to this site. Nothing is charged and there is no payment form on this site. Until then every notebook has the Floor Pass free, and the prices above are the prices it will have.
When checkout opens, the Floor Pass is per notebook, paid monthly or yearly through PayPal, and you can cancel any time in PayPal; the notebook keeps the Pass to the end of the time paid for, then goes back to the free limits. Nothing is deleted when a Pass ends: you can still read, print and delete everything, and add more once you are under the free limits again.

- Yes. The builder, the timing, the practice clock and the speaker card are free and need no account. Nothing you type there is stored.
- What do I get for $1.95?
- A bigger notebook (up to 30 issues, 600 entries, 120 saved drafts) and a CSV download of everything in it.
- Why would I pay $1.00 for a Meeting Week?
- If you are getting ready for one meeting and want the full notebook for that week only.
- Does paying change what the City or Council does?
- No. Floorcard is unofficial and has no connection to the City or Council. Paying buys notebook space, nothing else.
