About
Unofficial, independent, on nobody's side.
Floorcard is a small tool for one job: helping residents get ready to speak at a public meeting.
What Floorcard is
A remarks builder, a speaking-time calculator, a practice clock, a printable speaker card, a plain meeting guide, and a private notebook for following a local matter. It is built for Garfield Heights residents and works for any public meeting.
What Floorcard is not
- Not the City, the Council or the Clerk. Floorcard is not affiliated with the City of Garfield Heights or Garfield Heights City Council. Its web address describes who it is for; it does not mean the City runs it.
- Not a source of agendas, minutes or rules. Those are on the City's website: garfieldhts.org/157.
- Not on any side. Floorcard takes no position on any local matter, candidate or vote, and shows no one's remarks to anyone else.
- Not a way to reach Council. Floorcard sends nothing to the City or to anyone. What you say, you say yourself.
Who runs it
Floorcard is built and run by WeldonPC.com.
